My fiance and I moved up to NEPA Fall 2018 hoping to buy the farm we found to rent. That fell through, so we were in need of a realtor to find us the perfect home. We have horses and needed specific accommodations, and had certain criteria the needed to be met. We started this search the beginning of 2019. Jim is very attentive and a hard working guy! He had great ideas and good input on the property . We both had problems with me working my way through doing a sub division but we worked our way through it . Our first buyer fell through do to loss of employment , the second did not qualify for the FHA loan , Jim tirelessly re~listed the house and worked out a deal for the buyers to use the previous inspections , save money for them and expedite the deal ! I had never dealt with this process before and it was a very trying learning process for me, but Jim helped me through it in a very professional manner . It was great to see the buyers he found get the place as they were not looking to flip the place or rent it out , they want to live in it and make it their home ! I could not make it to the closing but Jim gave me their number and I met the new owner and gave him the keys to the lawn tractor I included in the sale... we walked around the property and I pointed out things that needed attention and had a great chat with the new owner . I still live a couple of miles away and will be stopping by in the future to see how they are doing and have made a new friend and neighbor thanks to Jim !
