Jim went above and beyond what i ever expected in a realtor. He did everything he could to take the stress of buying a house away. He helped out anyway he could with literally everything right down to helping us fix things for the reappraisal. No matter what time i called he was always had the answer and if he didn't he found out asap and let us know.

We are totally impressed with Jim's ability. We were told a few years ago that no one would be interested in our land. Then we met Jim and told him of our plight. We engaged his services. We worked with Jim and Don on the sale of our old home this year. We worked with Jim on the purchase of our new home. We gave him all of the specifications on what we were looking for and he went to work. He was always emailing or texting us homes that might be a great fit for us. He worked hard to get us into showings that were only lasting a few days and had limited openings for us to see it. Jim was patient with us since we had certain specifications we were looking for in our new home. Over time he got to know our likes and dislikes. My experience with Jim was one that I will never forget. In the midst of having to sell my home and buy another before a major financial change I was diagnosed with cancer again and began treatments. This made it difficult to be present during the process of buying and selling. I felt assured and trusted in Jim as my representative during both the sale of my old home and purchase of my new one. Without the diligence, extra effort and care that Jim handled my situation with neither the sale or purchase would have been possible in the time allotted with the extenuating circumstances I was facing during this time. Including totaling my vehicle in anaccident delaying my closing date. There were a multitude of issues that arose that could have derailed what I was trying to accomplish but with Jim’s help it was all possible.
